Showcasing the rich culinary heritage of Mexico, South and Central America and the Caribbean, as well as San Antonio’s unique fusion cuisine, our menu provides a tantalizing diversion from typical fare. 

Imagine beginning your meal with executive chef Jeffrey Axell’s celebrated Bahia-Style Mussels and an Ecuadorian salad.  With your palate sufficiently intrigued, you might choose the delectable arroz con gandules y lechon or pescado frito with salsa Veracruz y arroz.  Select from the extensive Wine List a fine accompaniment for your meal – perhaps an Argentine Chardonnay.  Concluding with our delicious rice pudding or flourless chocolate cake makes a satisfying and memorable meal.  These are only a few of the many Pan-Latino inspired culinary treats that await you.
