To ensure your event meets your standards, all of our meeting and banquet facilities offer individual controls for heat / air conditioning, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / special lighting effects / microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment, and 100V single-phase electricity that can be converted to 220V three-phase electricity.

Second Level
Lone Star Ballroom
With more than 21,000 square feet of elegant interior space, the Lone Star Ballroom may be divided into Salons A through F. Entertain up to 2,211 guests at an extraordinary reception or host a banquet for 1,750 attendees. Set up in a theater arrangement, a conference held in the Lone Star Ballroom will accommodate a guest list of 2,338. This impeccable "stand alone" ballroom is one of the finest available in the city. With its premier location on the Riverwalk, our ballroom adds a world-class signature to your stylish event.
Pre-function A
This pre-function area offers more than 8,000 square feet of welcoming space for meeting and greeting your guests, setting up literature and product displays, or other reception activities.
Pre-function B
An additional 2,688 square feet of pre-function space is available for your activities. Accommodate more than 100 guests in overflow activities, in a reception area or registration, set-ups and displays.
Mission A & B
Each of our Mission event rooms offers 572 square feet of inviting newly styled interior space. Comfortably accommodate up to 57 guests in a reception or 40 in a formal banquet setting within these contemporary styled rooms. The theater arrangement will accommodate 63 guests.
Bowie A, B & C
With 1,224 square feet of contemporary space in Bowie Room (B), you might send out invitations to 126 for a reception or invite 100 guests to a formal, seated banquet. In Rooms A & C, the smaller space graciously accommodates small to mid-size events for a few individuals - up to 78 guests.
Lone Star Ballroom

Presidio A, B & C
These sophisticated event rooms are ideal for small to mid-size functions. With the largest being Presidio (B), our event rooms will comfortably accommodate a guest list of 68 to 126 for a unique reception in a truly stunning location. Modern elegance and contemporary style reigns throughout our impeccable new meeting spaces.
Bonham A through E
Discover the elegant simplicity when you host an event in these new contemporary rooms. Ranging in size from 540 square feet in Bonham (A) to 910 square feet in all the others, the separate event spaces will accommodate up to 91 guests each for a stylish reception.
Travis A, B, C & D
The Travis Rooms A&B offer a combined 1,188 square feet of elegant interior space for your stylish event. Offering 1,300 combined square footage or 650 square feet in each section, this event space will allow for a reception with 136 guests. In a formal seated banquet arrangement, invite a guest list of 100.
Republic A, B & C
Ranging from 680 square feet to 1,224 square feet, these elegant event rooms offer ample space for small to mid-size affairs. Host a gala reception for 126 guests in this fine function area within our new luxury hotel facilities, or seat between 50 to 100 guests at a formal banquet.

Bowie Balcony A, B & C With 1,130 total square feet, this elegant balcony provides an awesome vantage point for as many as 116 guests in a one-of-a-kind reception. The posh balcony space may be divided into smaller sections A, B & C.

Presidio Balcony A, B & C Offering 1,130 total square feet of outdoor event space overlooking the downtown district and Riverwalk, this luxurious balcony allows you to entertain up to 116 guests. Divide the balcony into smaller sections for more intimate group events, if you wish.
